• 1936 - Vincent Said Karnabe joins a newly founded right wing political party in Lebanon along fascist lines and is a now a member of the Phalangist party. A Para-military wing dedicating the Maronite Catholics' control of Lebanon. It is in this party that the Karnabe's and the Hariri's form a friendship, trust and bond through their Maronite brotherhood.
• Wikipedia Phalangist Party  The Lebanese Kataeb Party (Arabic: Kataeb is the plural of Katiba which is a translation into Arabic of the Greek word Phalanx - "battalion" - which is the origin of the Spanish term Falange), better known in English as the Phalange, is a Lebanese political party. Although it is officially secular, it is mainly supported by Maronite Christians.  The party played a major role in the Lebanese war. He is linked to being a diplomat and ambassador on behalf of the United States.  What most do not understand is that the US State Department is a breeding ground for CIA Case Officers. Worked in and out of The NYC office at Rockefeller Center called '3603' by the OSS spooks.

• 1947 Area907 Dulles was appointed by William J. Donovan to become head of operations in New York for the Coordinator of Information (COI), which was set up in Room 3603 of Rockefeller Center, taking over offices staffed by Britain's MI6. The COI was the precursor to the Office of Strategic Services, renamed in 1942.   ...   After the war in Europe, Dulles served for six months as the OSS? Berlin station chief. In 1947, Congress created the Central Intelligence Agency.  Dulles was closely involved with its development. His translator at this time was Henry Kissinger, who worked for Army Intelligence.  ...  Dulles' CIA Operation Paperclip assimilated Nazi scientists into the American establishment by obscuring their histories and short circuiting efforts to bring their true stories to light.  The project was led by officers in the United States Army. Although the program officially ended in September 1947, those officers and others carried out a conspiracy until the mid-fifties that bypassed both law and presidential directive to keep Paperclip going. Neither Presidents Truman nor Eisenhower were informed that their instructions were ignored.
• 1952 - Chamille Chamoun, a very close political, business and personal friend of the Karnabe's becomes President of Lebanon. Chamoun is present at Karnabe family functions and young Roland's birthday's and special holidays growing up. Was President from 1952-1958.
• 1953   Wikipedia  Operation Ajax In October 1952, Mosaddeq declared that Britain was "an enemy", and cut all diplomatic relations with the United Kingdom.  In November and December 1952, British intelligence officials suggested to American intelligence that the prime minister should be ousted. The new US administration under Dwight D. Eisenhower and the British government under Winston Churchill agreed to work together toward Mosaddeq’s removal. In March 1953, Secretary of State John Foster Dulles directed the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), which was headed by his younger brother Allen Dulles, to draft plans to overthrow Mosaddeq.[35] ...   Dulles went on to be successful with the CIA's first attempts at removing foreign leaders by covert means. Notably, the elected Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh of Iran was deposed in 1953 (via Operation Ajax), and President Arbenz of Guatemala was removed in 1954. The Guatemalan coup was called Operation PBSUCCESS. Dulles was on the board of the United Fruit Company. • 1960 - Former CIA Director and Congressman Porter Goss interviews for a Case Officer position with CIA and Allen Dulles interviews him. When Allen Dulles visits a family cigar shop where Roland is witness to hundreds of spies coming in and out of the city to talk and do business in the humidor.  The famous story regarding Goss and Allen Dulles' cigar is very renowned in the spy world and was given to Dulles by Carnaby.  As the story goes Dulles is interviewing Porter Goss for an Operations Officer position as Case Officer when the cigar Dulles lights up catches his tweed jacket on fire.  With his jacket on fire and screaming Dulles draws the attention of security personnel and the CIA secretary outside the office who all come running into to see Allen Dulles stomping out a smoldering jacket.  A calm and patient Porter Goss sits quietly watching as Dulles asks him why he did not respond and react.  Goss only says that he thought it was a test to see if he could remain calm.  Allen Dulles as he told the story always referred to the cigar as one given by Vincent Karnabe's youngest son Roland Karnabe who later changed his last name to Carnaby.
• 1960  Area907 At the direction of President Eisenhower, Dulles established Operation 40?, comprised of 40 officials and agents whose primary area of operations was the Caribbean region, including Cuba. On 4th March, 1960, La Coubre, a ship flying a Belgian flag, exploded in Havana Bay.  It was loaded with arms and ammunition destined for the armed forces of the government of Fidel Castro.  The explosion killed 75 people and over 200 were injured. • 1969 - The Karnabe's are present at the Funeral of Former CIA Director Allen Dulles.
• Area907 Kennedy said he wanted to "splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds."[3] Ironically, Dulles was later appointed to the Warren Commission, the official government investigation of the assassination of John F. Kennedy.   ...  n November 29, 1963, President Lyndon Johnson appointed Dulles as one of seven commissioners of the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy.   ...   Despite his knowledge of the several assassination plots by the CIA against Castro, he is not documented to have mentioned these plots to any investigating authorities during the Warren Commission.  
• 1970 - There was an effort on the web through conspiracy theorists to tie and link Roland Carnaby into Laos.  That is not true.  Roland Carnaby does not show up until the mid 70's.

• 1970 - Bachir Gemayel was kidnapped by Palestinian militants.  Roland Carnaby just coming of service age and disgusted with reports of his childhood friend Bachir Gemayel's kidnapping fully supports him after he is turned over in custody from being kidnapped.  A turning point in Carnaby's life.
• 1971 - Roland Carnaby and Bachir Gemayel go to Houston and Dallas Texas. Bachir Gemayel shows up on public records at the American and International Law Academy in Dallas Texas receiving a law degree, his 2nd since he recently graduated from St. Joseph's University in Beirut.

• 1971 - Bachir Gemayel returns to Lebanon with his international law degree and opens an office and is appointed inspector in the para-military branch of the Kataeb party.  Which is known as the Kateab Regulatory Forces. Carnaby now aligned with his friend Bachir shows support of his newly formed party.

• Dec 6, 1975 - Accusations linking Bachir Gemayel and his party from the Lebanese National Movement who accused Gemayel of being responsible for the Black Saturday massacre of Palestinians and the Lebanese Muslims. According to Karim Pakradouni, Bachir admitted that while being in an emotional state for the killing of four Phalangists, he ordered militiamen into the streets.  Bachir claimed that when the situation took bigger proportions than he wanted and that he tried to stop the killings but couldn't. Roland Carnaby outraged at the 1971 kidnapping of Gemayel and the recent accusations now backs the Kataeb party.
• 1976 - Roland Carnaby shows up on the radar in DC and New York starting his career in intelligence.  Carnaby continues to run a cigar shop which was known as 'the crossroads'.  Spies would come into the shop and discuss secrets under the protection of the shop run by the Carnaby's. Not Karnabe with a K but changed to Carnaby with a C.
• 1976 - Upon the death of William Hawi, Gemayel became President of the Kataeb Military Council and the head of the unified command of the Lebanese Forces.  A coalition of the Christian militias of the Kataeb Party, National Liberal Party, Al-Tanzim, and the Guardians of the Cedars. Carnaby, now at the top of his game is both aligned with his family in US Intelligence and aligned with a family friend who heads a multi-force militia in Lebanon giving him tremendous flexibility in the region with power well within his reach in any direction.

• June 1978 - In an attempt to unify the Lebanese Forces under his direct command, Bachir sent a Phalangist squad led by Samir Geagea to kidnap Tony Frangieh, the commander of Marada Brigade.  Frangieh was killed along with his wife, his daughter and 30 of his supporters. Bachir maintained that the kidnapping of Frangieh was meant to pressure him to surrender Marada militiamen responsible of the murder of Phalangist members in areas controlled by Frangieh and that the his death was never planned.  The incident is commonly referred to as Ehden Massacre.  Later that year, Gemayel led the Lebanese Forces in the fight against Syrian troops that seized the Christian dominated Eastern Beirut in what was later called the Hundred Days War. Arab mediation ended the Syrian siege of Eastern Beirut in what Bachir considered a major triumph.

• 1980 - Two rival Phalangist dominated parties fight in Lebanon.  Roland Carnaby grew up knowing Camille Chamoun and his son's Dany and Dory Chamoun.  In 1975-76 timeframe when Carnaby is aligned with the United States his loyalties with the Maronite Brothers transfer from Dany Chamoun's 'Tigers' to the Lebanese Forces which were under the command of Bashir Gemayel from Carnaby's disapproval of Gemayel's kidnapping and the accusations over Black Saturday.  The Lebanese forces now aligned with Roland Carnaby and CIA power which eliminates the 'Tiger' force which was considered a massacre by rival Phalangists.  Chamoun was captured and spared by life-long family friend Roland Carnaby and he flees to Muslim dominated West Beirut.

• Wikipedia Camille Chamoun  Camille Nimr Chamoun  Kamil Sham'un) (b. April 3, 1900 - d. August 7, 1987) was President of Lebanon from 1952 to 1958, and one of the country's main Christian leaders during most of the Lebanese Civil War (1975 - 1990).  ...   In 1984, Chamoun agreed to join the National Unity government as Deputy Prime Minister, a post he held until his death in Beirut on 7 August 1987, at the age of 87. • 1980 - With a successful family business under his wing and a cover which is funding operations overseas Carnaby surfaces in New York, in Beirut and in Tehran and it all was tied into drug trafficking and the CIA to the Mujahedeen.  Years later in Zacharias Moussaoui details how they were funded throughout the 1980's by the CIA.

• 1983 - Weeks prior to the US Marine Barracks Bombing in Beirut Lebanon Roland Carnaby is present with a team of dozens of CIA middle-eastern experts who are blown up. They were holding a regional meeting when a bomb exploded. The loss of these specialists set the agency back decades. Roland Carnaby is injured in his leg which he reported as a motorcycle accident. Carnaby was im-prisoned for weeks when emergency personnel recovered him. After which Roland Carnaby is presented with the CIA Plaque which was shown on TV and former CIA officer David Adler after Carnaby's death.
• US Naval Institute  FreeLebanon  April 18, 1983: Sixty-three people, including the CIA's Middle East director, were killed and 120 were injured in a 400-pound suicide truck-bomb attack on the US Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon. The Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility.
• 1986 - Roland Carnaby is married to Susan Carnaby.  Famed Texas Ranger Johnny Klevenhagen is the best man at Roland Carnaby's wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Wikipedia John Klevenhagen  Sheriff Tommy Thomas was sworn in as the 27th Sheriff of Harris County on June 28, 1995. He was elected to his 3rd four-year term in November 2004. Sheriff Thomas started his public services career as a member of the United States Army. After being honorably discharged in 1968, he joined the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. By 1982, he was promoted to the rank of Major. In 1988, he was promoted to Chief Deputy under Sheriff Johnny Klevenhagen, where he remained until his appointment as Sheriff. He is the first Sheriff in modern history to hold every rank within the department including Detective. Sheriff Tommy Thomas has approved raises for employees and has done many other things to improve the department since he was elected in 1995.
• 1983-1993 Roland Carnaby is silent and is working for and running the family shipping business.  He reported to colleagues during these years that he did not work for CIA during this time.  Roland Carnaby got back into Intelligence and involved with it again for two reasons.  A 1993 meeting between Sandy Berger and Carnaby is known when Carnaby recovered a daily planner from Berger with top secret phone numbers and detailed information in it.  The 1993 meeting between Berger is striking because it is in this same year in 1993 that we see that Roland Carnaby and his father Vincent Said Karnabe both speak to policymakers in Washington on an attack on the World Trade Center.
• 1992 - Rafik Hariri sworn in as 41st Lebanese Prime Minister. The Karnabe family is present at his private parties.
• 1993   WMR, "Carnaby testified to DC Grand Jury on information about WTC 93 bombing  ...  WMR has obtained further information on the suppression of evidence in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Sources say Alan Premel shows up at Route 123, Dolly Madison Blvd in Mclean Va and Carnaby until his death vouches and verifies that Premel is one of his officers.  According to sources in Houston Premel was recruited directly by Carnaby. A picture of Premel and Former CIA Director George Tenet and a federal judge part of a swearing in service at CIA disappear off of the internet after it was posted in 2008 due to the Carnaby and Premel lawsuits.

• 1998 - A document copied from Premel's Myspace page is dated from the Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies with his name, mailing address and the date of October 18, 1999.  It too has been deleted from the internet.
• Wikipedia Shamil Basayev  was a Chechen field commander and a leader of the Chechen separatist movement.  Starting as a field commander in the Transcaucasus, Basayev led guerrilla campaigns against the Russian troops for years as well as launching mass-hostage takings of civilians with his goal being the withdrawal of Russian soldiers from Chechnya.[1] Beginning in 2003, Basayev used the nom de guerre and title of Emir Abdallah Shamil Abu-Idris.   ...   Basayev was considered by some as the undisputed leader of the radical wing of the Chechen insurgency against the presence of Russian federal security forces, and the rule of the pro-Moscow local government in Chechnya, considered a foreign occupation by the separatists. He was responsible for numerous guerrilla attacks on security forces in and around Chechnya as well as terrorist attacks on civilians, because of which he is widely considered to have been a terrorist. His reign of terror came to an end after separatist leaders persuaded him not to carry out any more terrorist attacks.
• 1999 - Before it was called the Clandestine Service it was called the Directorate of Operations.  Premel is linked to a failed operation overseas in Eastern Europe.  The reports and speculation of him being tied to Chechnya and Shamil Basayev start.  Insiders say that there was three failed attempts on Basayev's life and that he was unsuccessful in three attempts.  Reason given for the failed attempts is intelligence leaked from CIA to Russian Intelligence services regarding the arrival of a joint team of officers into the region.  As the story goes Premel was forced to leave the office in which he worked as a young case officer on his first assignment overseas.
• Wikipedia War in Dagestan and Russian apartment bombings In December 1997, after Movladi Udugov's Islamic Nation party had called for Chechnya to annex territories in neighbouring Dagestan, Basayev promised to "liberate" neighbouring Dagestan from its status as "a Russian colony".[14]  In August 1999, Basayev and Khattab led a 1,400-strong army of Islamist fighters in unsuccessful attempt to aid Dagestani Wahhabists to take over the neighboring Republic of Dagestan and establish a new Chechen-Dagestan Islamic republic. By the end of the month, Russian forces had managed to repel the invasion, but admitted suffering more than 1,200 casualties.    ...   It was alleged that Alexander Voloshin, a key figure in the Yeltsin administration, paid Basayev to stage the Dagestan incursion,and that Basayev was working for the Russian GRU at the time.  ...   In early September, a series of bombings of Russian apartment blocks took place, killing 293 people. The attacks were blamed on terrorists with Chechen links, although this attribution remains controversial. Robert Young Pelton, who was with the rebels in Grozny during the siege, interviewed a captured GRU agent named Aleksey Galkin. Galkin claimed that the government had sponsored the destruction of the apartments (he said that the bombing in Buynaksk was organized by GRU detachments under the general command of Valentin Korabelnikov).  After escaping from his captors, Galkin retracted the story and claimed to have been tortured.
• 2000 - Premel resurfaces in 2000 in Houston doing a management internship for business school at a company called 'Building Enterprises' in Houston. He was attending graduate studies at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation through the college of business at the University of Houston. Other reports indicate that he has a second job and that he was an OREA Supervisor. Whatever you believe cover story or truth we know that Premel is involved in a nasty wrongful termination settlement with CIA with kicks off the next year. Premel is member of a track & field relay team in Houston Texas which runs at Rice University so we have something tying him to Houston in the summer of 2000. The Guinness Book of World Records held a 100 man relay at Rice University which Premel was a participant in.

• 2000 - Rafik Hariri is sworn in as his second time serving as Lebanese Prime Minister, this time the 43rd Prime Minister. The Karnabe family and Roland Carnaby are present according to mid-east intelligence sources.
• notes: One of WMR’s colleagues, German journalist Jurgen Cain Kulbel, has been imprisoned in Berlin for reporting that the UN chief investigator of the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, Detlev Mehlis, was once employed by the Israeli intelligence front organization, Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP). Mehlis steered UN investigators away from the real assassins of Hariri, Israeli intelligence who hired a number of rogue agents from Syrian intelligence, Lebanon’s Druze and Christian Phalangist communities, and Palestinian refugees. • Mar 31, 2001 - 10 days after their first meeting, all the members of the board meet again but meet at the CIA's QIC center, which runs Covert Banking, CIA financial monitoring and CIA Intelligence Share Holder Stock such as IN-Q-Tel. Carnaby is present at this meeting.
• 2001 - Witnesses say they worked alongside Premel as an OREA (Office of Russian & European Analysis) supervisor which was not on the CIA campus but offsite. Premel is wrongfully terminated on September 1, 2001. Sources say the lawsuit was settled in Nov 2006 after 5 years of negotiating and re-investigations. During which time Premel was never allowed to work inside the Intelligence Community but only outside as an independent contractor through Carnaby's firm.

This sparks inquiries in Congress on 'Secret Law' and the Congressional re-writing of the laws on 'Rendition', 'Extraordinary Rendition'. Intelligence insiders close to Premel and  Carnaby state that Premel's real marriage to Allyson Ivey took place in 2000 and that they had a young daughter named Addie that they called Sam.  Amy Carter's interview came out during the Mike Tolson and chronicles slanderous article which discredits both Carnaby and Premel. After noticing suspicious travel in the passenger’s passport and an inability to answer simple questions about his current trip, the officer referred him to secondary inspection for a more thorough review. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that he was the subject of a Lookout record and was destined to Panama for a meeting with other suspected terrorists. Roland Carnaby worked on the case of the un-named source which led Carnaby and his firm on a nearly month long worldwide trip where their private plane in Houston tail number N418MN was spotted leaving Houston the previous day. There are no pics of Carnaby in Malta. Pics of Premel and what is believed to be his ex wife are seen what appears to be Malta. Premel's passport now in 2008, shows no indication of a trip to Malta despite being seen boarding the plane in Houston. Pictures which were pulled from the internet showed the couple shopping in an outdoor bazaar, taking a donkey ride with a local to the top of a hill, along with sitting outside their hotel room balcony with distinguishable landmarks behind them. What is striking about the Dec 15 appearance with them is that they are both there but arrived separate since her passport indicates an independent flight. Premel can no longer claim he was not in Malta since his wife's records indicate she was. This is pretty powerful to say the least but what happens the next day is even more interesting.

• December 16, 2003 - Carnaby, Premel and what is believed to be Premel's wife are all seen in Malta the day prior. On the 16th, the tail numbers are recorded in record in Cairo Egypt. Which points directly to Malta being a pickup destination for a CIA detainee to be taken to Egypt for Rendition activities. This 2003 timeframe is inconsistent of what we hear from insiders who say Premel walked away from Rendition activities the year before. No travel shows on record for Alan Premel being in Egypt, neither does it for Roland Carnaby. However, both were spotted in Malta and Premel is implicated in Malta due to the pictures they took. So not only was he is Malta, he shows up in Egypt pictures as well. Numerous pictures ranging from 10-12 were posted online and have been all retracted but showed Premel, what is believed to be his wife and what is believed to be a mother in law show up in Egypt. Insiders say that Premel was in Egypt twice as far as they know. Again, no records officially exist of him in Egypt as well as Carnaby, however, the plane they boarded in Houston arrives at these locations and the pictures from the reported ex have him in the foreground, background and sides of the pictures with clear distinct landmarks present.

• December 22, 2003 - A Christmas picture of Premel was seen in 2008 with the date on it of Dec 22, 2003. Which would place Premel, back in the states for Christmas 2003. A very important and crucial detail since we have heard from insiders that this man was a rendition supervisor. He was seen leaving Houston on Dec 4th, seen in Malta on the 15th, seen equally in Cairo and then back in what appears to be Texas for Christmas. Premel is holding a small black lab puppy and the date is visible in the bottom right corner with the date of the 22nd. Other pictures with the same date show outdoor scapes with pine trees and a t-shirt that says Woodville. Which coincidently is in East Texas. So it creates a timeline for him and most importantly shows that the contract they may have had were pickup and drop off contracts. • 2005 - During the evening hours Premel reportedly starts working with undercover narcotics officers in Houston clubs where he goes undercover to over 60 clubs from 2005-2008. One club takedown in Houston that Premel was accredited with assisting was the October 2006 raid on Eden, an after hours club in Houston that is now called Zeppelin. 49 people were arrested. Of those arrests, 37 were arrested for public intoxication and seven for possession of a controlled substance. There were 85 men and 57 women arrested without charges. The operation and investigation was known to those in Houston as 'Operation Spy-Game' as a result to the work and intelligence of Premel and Carnaby in Houston on over 60 clubs.
• KTRK, Houston  Undercover sting at club nets 49 arrests TABC found several liquor and code violations By Cynthia Cisneros (10/14/06 - KTRK/HOUSTON) - A club in Midtown was busted for allegedly selling alcohol after hours early Saturday morning. Dozens of people were arrested during the raid.  ...  The raid happened at Eden, an after hours club on San Jacinto near Elgin. You can't really tell it's a club from the outside. There's no name or and it's not easy see the address, but it was what happened inside that interested police.   ...   According to police, undercover narcotics agents went into the club around 10pm Friday night. The arrests began at about 2am. Police were investigating claims of alcohol being sold after hours, as well as the sale of illegal drugs. Police confiscated considerable evidence, including marijuana, cocaine, Xanax and an undetermined amount of unidentified blue and pink pills.   ...   A total of 49 people were arrested. Of those arrests, 37 were arrested for public intoxication and seven for possession of a controlled substance.   ...   Agents with the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission found four liquor violations and three code violations, but the club was not shut down. 
• 2005 - November 2005, Premel wins an undisclosed settlement from the CIA for his wrongful termination firing in 2001. Internet reports state the Premel receives $40 million. Sources indicate the number was around $17 million.

A Presidential Order directed by President Bush, which is  a special directive given to capture and round up terrorists, giving CIA special powers.  It is similar to a 'Presidential Finding with Lethal Action' which is by definition of law, the only way the US government can carry out assassination. Among the reported names intercepted by US Intelligence is Zawahri, who is to attend a dinner in Damadola on Jan 13, 2006. US spy drones initiated a missile strike on Damadola and kills 18, sparking riots.  Post attack intelligence from ground operatives reveals that Zawahri was not present. CIA is told that five high value targets are taken out and one of them is a close relative to Zawahri with a $5 mill bounty. • 2006 WMR has learned from CIA sources in Lebanon that Carnaby maintained a close link to retired Lebanese General Michael Aoun, a major Christian leader who has allied his party to Hezbollah and its leader Hassan Nasrallah. Aoun was once considered an ally of Israel but broke his ties after Israel's devastating sneak attack on Lebanon in 2006.

He stopped the list at that time and met with Carnaby and asked him what the list was and refused to follow federal agents. •  Jan. 29, 2007 Alan Premel signs up with RottenTomatoes.com, a movie review site after deciding that he wants to become a film critic. From 2007-2008, Alan Premel is seen at major premieres all over the country and at early release premiers in Houston. On Rotten Tomatoes Premel describes himself as 'business owner' and just getting into movie and game reviews. Premel goes by the name Godspy which after coming out find out a year later after the Carnaby Assassination that Premel is a comic artist who used to write and draw comics inside CIA. One of his comics a nameless and faceless series called 'Godspy', for which he was known. Also we find out that he is also called the CIA's former Covert Comic which we have seen in other references to him on the internet but never confirmed. Insiders say that Premel wrote for the 'What's news at CIA' newsletter inside CIA. AP, Godspy and Covert Comic were some of the pseudonyms he used over the years. In the inquiries about being the Covert Comic and not to be confused with the current covert comic which now has a copyrighted site and rights to the name, Premel states that he is not Robert Kingson, the current Covert Comic but mentioned him by name as to protect himself and show that he was aware and knows the actual covert comic who took over the reigns. Also, throughout the year when his name breaks the Rottentomatoes site is deleted and all 100+ movie reviews written by Premel are erased and lost. Some of Premel's friends on the Rotten Tomatoes site expressed that he only wanted to get into spy genre movie reviews and children's movies.

• April 2007. Roland Carnaby gives Alan Premel and members of the Houston firm 500 ipods to pass out as annual gifts from the firm. After they have passed them out to business owners and contacts in Houston. Houston contractors say that Premel did not feel comfortable handing out ipods as gifts since he was not a member of the firm anymore. Carnaby then demands that they take the ipods and hand them out as the yearly gifts. Two un-named girls take 220 ipods of the 500 and Premel is left with 280 to pass out.

The lawsuit filed June 26 in Harris County District Court seeks unspecified damages, but Kent Schaffer, Madden's attorney, said Madden will agree to stop using the name if that's all the plaintiff wants.

Houston's Channel 2 news reporter Phil Archer is contacted by Premel where Premel defends Madden and stands up for her publicly. Archers repeatedly calls Premel's cell phone and hears a recorded voicemail message which gives 703-482-1100 and 703-482-1000 as both #'s to emergency callbacks. When Premel and Archer talk he asks if Madden is tied to employment which is mentioned in the message to which Premel responses "no" and continues  to stand for her publicly on public radio. Days, weeks and months after his name breaking we see comments being left by what is being reported as Carnaby on Premel for reasons believed would come out later because something was planned.

• Aug 15, 2007. Reports break into the media that FBI and CIA computers were reported in changes to Wikipedia pages. Anyone familiar with the discrediting reports of Carnaby and Premel knows that this timeline from Aug 2007 until the death of Roland Carnaby there was massive efforts put out to discredit and make these two look like fools, especially Premel. There is more self assuring material on him and it is so outrageous he couldn't have written it. Premel later states that it was someone else and probably Carnaby. Cases you'll see later in the timeline show that no postings were ever made after the death of Roland Carnaby and no more identity theft cases reportedly done by Roland Carnaby took place after his death. but we see at this same time reports and findings on other places on the internet of the CIA tampering with things online, specifically Wikipedia. Former CIA officer Bob Baer when he said Alan Premel's name was added to his Wikipedia page and then we have Premel stating that he did not. Reason to believe it was either Carnaby who is not here to defend himself or CIA in a greater plan.

Alan Premel makes the news when he's seen sharing drinks with actress Reese Witherspoon at the Los Angeles premier of her new movie, Rendition - in which she co-stars with Jake Gyllenhaal - at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, California on October 10, 2007. Internet reports state that Reese Witherspoon arrived alone but was later seen having a drink at the after party with Alan Premel, the most recent CIA coming out of CIA along with socialite Allyson Ivey. The reports were feverishly removed from the internet connected to Premel and Ivey.

• Nov 2007. Premel hears from another source who they both worked with in Houston about Roland Carnaby heading an Association for Former Intelligence Officers in Houston and is furious. Wanting to know why  his real name and not cover name is listed with the Association when they are all tied to a firm in Houston and their lives are now at stake since Premel is now living with his parents to assist in the mothers cancer treatment. Carnaby has now been with the association for over a year.

• Nov 2007 Carnaby's private security firm takes a huge write-down after 10 consecutive quarters of sequential revenue growth. Profits increase every year and the company now has 248 licensed contract officers working for the firm globally, and $297 million in classified contracts over five continents. Those figures are up from the firms $18 million in 1997. Reports, postings and information on the firm disappear overnight and are no longer found on the web. Pulled by the Carnaby family and private contractors who worked closely with him. To keep top talent Carnaby and Premel kicked in an extra $2.4 million for salaries and bonuses to keep the firm afloat. This information was made public later on Feb 12, 2008 after the firm came out with public reports that were all retracted. Intelligence contractors in Houston close to this matter have said privately that Carnaby held Premel responsible for the bad decisions that over-extended the company since Carnaby placed Premel in charge of general administration. Then suddenly, Premel left suddenly in 2007 only to have public releases saying that Premel took a sabbatical in 2006 from CIA. Carnaby reportedly feared that Premel had weakened the company with the intention of stepping in and taking it over, pushing Carnaby out. Sources say Carnaby became paranoid in 2008.

• Dec 12-14th, 2007. Carnaby and Premel are both seen at a number of venues which undeniably tie them into everything. The mystery behind who they are and what they were doing in Houston and connections to CIA rests on three consecutive days in Washington DC. CIA Director General Hayden came to Washington to speak to a closed session of Congress. Officers and internet postings in July 2008 stated after the death of Carnaby and after the arrest of Premel that both men were present in DC when General Hayden spoke to Congress in a closed session of Congress. The US Capital was shut down and all visitors were escorted out. The Capital Police and the US State Departments DSS security service ushered in three un-named sources which after Carnaby's death were identified as Carnaby, Premel and Keller. Not only were the three seen in Houston but later were seen driven off in the same motorcade as General Hayden as they were invited to a special party at Vice President Dick Cheney's house. These details are extremely important since six months later three photos of Premel linked to the Rendition programs was seen on the internet. Two of the photos have disappeared.

• Jan 25, 2008. Alan Premel is shown being listed as heading a newly formed and privately owned globally intelligence firm in Houston called Aspyr Global Intelligence. All and any references to this company and to these men has all been pulled from the internet except for public blogs which comments cannot be pulled. Four days after reports of Aspyr being made public they were retracted. Articles tying him to this firm as a philanthropist and someone to watch in the coming decades as a leader, a battle hardened hero from covert action in the Balkans against the Chechens. Which surprisingly is a region where CIA money and power controls the media. No reports would leak out about any US efforts there even if the CIA was there.

• 2008 - Friends and associates in Houston who knew Carnaby and helped raise money for his newly created firm give $15k-75k in cash monies to him in 2007. One of the friends, a business owner in the Galleria shopping center in Houston Texas grew suspicious when she was receiving email messages from someone overseas who wanted to purchase Motorola two way radios from her business and have them shipped overseas to London and Australia. The emails all stopped after Roland Carnaby died. And after researching with authorities into an Identity theft case they discovered that the destinations were that of a shipping company overseas with Vincent S Karnabe listed as a board member. The radios through investigation were found out to be given to Hamas in support of a terrorist organization. Could Roland Carnaby have been running an operation to fund a terrorist group through such activities. Alan Premel met with the couple who are business owners and expressed his condolences in the matter after the death of Carnaby. Before his death they knew of where the radios were shipped but were unaware of Carnaby's real name and only knew him as 'Tony' for many years.

• Feb 12, 2008. A press release is issued that shows Roland Carnaby retiring from his un-named security firm. Internet pages believed this was written and put out from Premel and his people at Aspyr. Parts of the release make possibly damaging statements that Carnaby's numbers fees will be increased and after Carnaby leaves the firm will see a downturn. Sources say that this article could not have been true since Premel took a sabbatical in 2006 and it never shows him returning to work at CIA. And in the summer of 2008, Premel goes on record saying that he never worked with Carnaby after 2006. So what about the reports in Dec 2007 stating the numbers of the firm? Was this written by CIA in an attempt to set something up? Theorists had us believing that Premel wrote the press release without the authorization from Carnaby, possibly in an attempt to push Carnaby out the door and take over the company for himself. But sources are now saying that Premel upset with Carnaby left the firm before Carnaby and that the postings had to have been either from Carnaby or sources trying to arrange and set things up for later in the year. Premel went on record in the summer of 2008 saying that he did not make the postings and why would he? He states that they are so flamboyantly outrageous how can you believe them and statements such as the ones made would only instantly hurt a reputation. Premel has gone on to publicly state that he believes that things were written by Carnaby. Why? Possibly in an attempt to verify someone else Carnaby could come to the rescue and be verified, vetted or vouched for. Premel says if Roland Carnaby retired in January 2008, then why would I or himself have a press release posted an entire month afterwards? And if he was no longer with the firm then why would he be making press releases saying he was. None of it makes sense? It could have only been done by someone else.

• March 2008. Alan Premel is arrested by the FBI for ipod theft from Federal Express Corporation. Sources inside CIA stated that Premel was taken into FBI custody and released to US Marshall custody from a holding facility. Documents from Harris County show Premel being picked up by the Harris County Sherriffs Department and transferred to a holding facility and then given over to the Houston Police Department. Why the different stories before the Carnaby assassination takes place? Was Premel to be brought in before hand so that he would be gagged by the courts, by a lawyer and a publicist at the time Carnaby is assassinated? Why is there no video evidence presented to the courts on this ipod theft? Why was Premel not allowed to fight it? The Houston source in the firm stated that Premel confessed to the theft in order to protect Carnaby. said "Tony was not the type of man you wanted to turn in and give his name" Turns out the ipods given to the three sources at the firm in Houston, Premel being one of them were all stolen ipods off of a shipping container who's destination was Houston and they originated from China. Carnaby was in charge of port security. Where they came from no one will know since the intelligence rumor has it that 1000 ipods were on an order and did not have shipping papers. Carnaby having authority in the Port of Houston could have easily taken them. Regardless, we see a year later Alan Premel taking the fall for it. The entire story start to finish sounds more like a set up on not only Premel but Carnaby also by the numerous internet postings.

• April 15, 2008 - Ben Ami Kadish is arrested and charged with four counts of conspiracy. CIA and the FBI claim that Kadish passed classified documents to Israel. He is important to the Roland Carnaby Conspiracy through Riad Hamad.

His eyes had duct tape over them and his hands and feet were bound. The police ruled it a suicide. However, Hamad would be the first victim in an Israeli hit on individuals who helped U.S. back channels to the Palestinians and other groups targeted by Israel and the neo-con cell operating deep within the Bush administration, the Israeli-influenced cell that the FBI, in its arrest of Kadish, wanted to flush out." 
• April 16, 2008 - One day after Ben Ami Kadish is arrested Riad Hamad, is found dead face down in Lady Bird Lake in Austin Texas with duct tape around his eyes and mouth and is bound and tied around his hands and ankles. Hamad, a school teacher was linked to Carnaby and Kadish through his financial contributions to the Palestinian Children's Fund which appeared to raise money for children in Lebanon but was funding three things. 1. Salam Fayyad 2. Mahmoud Abbas Fatah 3. Hamas. In Carnaby's endeavors from 2006-2008 he was funding private efforts and was involved in identity theft to purchase radios which were sent to Hamas.

• April 28,2008. "Federal sources close to this case" have claimed Carnaby had proof a "suitcase nuke" had arrived inside the U.S. from Israel on Tuesday. He was chasing the device and the Israelis who had it. Premel, gagged by court orders not to speak on Carnaby's case is outraged at this outlandish lie which has been started and the lines drawn between Carnaby and a suitcase weapon. Premel states in an August interview "those reports are preposterous, Tony was not on the hunt or chasing anything. All the news reports out about him are all misleading and wrong. An APB was out for him earlier that morning and there was no conspiracy behind it. The police did their job and confusion instantly started when he had a concealed hand gun license. As a federal contractor he needed one. As a federal agent you do not. As a result, it raised a read flag and the police were following their instincts, training and were doing what they should have done. When they asked to see the credentials closer up he could have shown them, he did resist them and put them away. Anyone who has served in the military as well as the government knows that when you are asked to show your credentials or your military id you do not give them up. Carnaby was also doing what he was trained to do. He was a hot head and had a hot temper. He then did what no one should ever do and  fled the scene leading them on a 16 minute chase wildly across the city. He was not in hot pursuit of a suitcase weapon when they pulled him over. If there was a suitcase sized weapon entering the city it would have come through port security and there are measures in place to know. Carnaby would have been one of those sources in the know. It would not have been Israeli, it would have been Soviet and leftovers from the Russian Siloviki and other powerful groups still selling and trading weapons leftover from the breakup of the Soviet Union."

• April 29, 2008. Carnaby is pulled over for speeding presents his CIA credentials. The police see that his car is registered to the National Security Command Center and that he is presenting his credentials. Normally, professional courtesy would have been granted but police officers question him since they were given an APB to pull him over that morning since his license plate and description was called in on a complaint.  A red flag was raised when he presented a CIA credential while possessing on record a concealed handgun license which made the officers question the authenticity of Carnaby's claim. The local police are only trained to know that a federal agent does not need a concealed handgun license but not a government contractor. After what is reported as an hour and a half long chase ends up being a 15-16 minute high speed chase through Houston. Carnaby after running out of gas stops. Houston Police swarm the car as an officer bashes the window and screams for Carnaby to get out. Upon exiting the video Carnaby is shot after he reached back into the car for more than three seconds. Police believed he was reaching for a weapon under the seat when he yielded a shiny blackberry phone.

• April 29, 2008 - After being shot Roland Carnaby lays face down and is instantly handcuffed. Reports of his death change and give conspiracy theorists reason to think something is awry.
